Parking Permit

Parking permit is also called parking certificate. Under Japanese Law, vehicle owners must ensure their parking space and register it to the local police. Parking on the roadside or the street without permission is prohibited.
In Misawa-city and Oirase-town, owners of mini vehicles (whose license plate is yellow) do not have to do above. But this does not mean you can park mini vehicles on the roadside or the street.

Issuance

You can get application forms at the police station.
